This seems to be a key sentence: "Cooking does appear to help minimize or inactivate the goitrogenic compounds found in these foods, since they are heat sensitive." But then lots of people here eat raw things, so good to have the warming.
My TSH was slightly elevated. It went back into the normal range after being on the low oxalate diet for 3 months. That also means I was eating less starch. Interesting!
