If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Just can't thank you enough for giving us the 'heads up' on this'un Tori. Fantastic.
As for Bath. Sort of 'know' it and, have a cousin who lives there...'smile'. So, will catch with a visit to her. Strangely, the cost of attending the course is cheaper for an in-patient than to attend as a daily patient!
Tori. The MTB (?) shoes. Did you purchase em at the hospital, nearby to the hospital, or...? Want to get myself a pair, and, although can purchase on-line, it is always a matter of 'correct' fit. I can take anything from a 5.5 to a 6.5 (occasionally even a 7!) Depends on the cut etc (used to even take a 5 in some styles, but, with my now arthritic feet, no longer). So, would never buy on-line.
Also, clothes. I 'suppose' sort of general gym wear and swim wear - this last diff for me as I have a TOTAL adversion to 'sharing' tubs, water etc. And, chlorine will 'do' a right number on my psoriasis. Get around it somehow though. Perhaps they have a suana...'smile'.
I have thera bands (for rehab after my shoulder replacement and SAD/ACJ surgeries); also a gym ball - that I don't rightly know how to use! So these exercises will be of particular and pertinent interest.
I'll let everyone know how I get on...can't hardly wait. (Going to dove-tail trip with a *much needed* visit to the dentist - desperate.)
Thanks Tori.
