I am O negative, HLA-B27 Negative, RF negative I have been diagnosed with AS possibly RA, Fibro and now seem to be developing Crohns
My Immunologist said if you have a Positive ANA at ALL you have some type of Automimune Disorder (that's just what my Dr. says) mine has ALWAYS been positive.
