i'm sorry james, i didn't mean to disagree with you, i was just giving my perspective, what works and doesn't seem to work for me.

i just know for me, it doesn't seem to bring that deeper sense of well being that other things do. i always end up still feeling kind of empty after a good time that involves laughter and good fun when there is something deeply wrong.

you did have a very good point and there is a lot of data to back it up (how laughter really does help) and that's why i spend as much time on the jokes, and kicking back in the ASylum as anywhere else on here. and i listen to music most of the day, and watch sitcoms almost every day, and make time for to laugh with friends, but unfortunately for me, its not enough when there's something really troubling me.
