I'm so glad you found us. It's such a revelation to realize you are not alone in what you're feeling.

Just a thought regarding thoracic pain. You might want to incorporate breathing exercises into your daily regimen to ensure that you maintain your chest expansion. I did describe these at one point, but I cannot find the link right now and am a tad busy today at work. Hopefully, someone else will be able to link you to them.
