There's one thing I don't get:

Klebsiella/startch/AS connection ala Ebringer doesn't require a leaky gut to be present. The IgA antibodies can be made right in the intestine and pass to the spine and the rest of the body via Batson's lymphatic plexus.

So then why is leaky gut so terribly important?
