Thanks everyone. I ran 3.8 miles in the morning. I had an MS attack in January, and thought that maybe I had lost some speed. I couldn't run as fast anymore (not that I was all that fast anyway). Yesterday I had my pace back, so maybe it was just the down time. When I went skiing a couple of weeks ago. I had one run down threw the moguls where I thought this is just like when I was in my early 20's. I was going straight down the hill with tight small turns absorbing the bumps as I went. It was great. I called it my moment of brilliance.

Thanks again for the birthday wishes.
