Yep, those tight thigh muscles especially in the back that seem crumpled up are due to SI and other AS issues, due to tension in back.
Had those for as long as i remember, however i made it a point to stretch every DAY,, and i mean every day bit by bit, since these muscle really clamp down on your bending capabilities. Been doing that for the past 2 months, and has helped big time. Needs a lot of patience...
And again, welcome, this is truly the best place to be in now, and i owe it to the KickAs community for the improvement i have gone through with my AS.
