Hi Shaun
"C-reactive protein (CRP) is a plasma protein, an acute phase protein produced by the liver.... a protein in the blood that signals acute inflammation...."

"TNF-alpha is one of the proteins produced by immune cells during activation of the immune system. TNF-alpha, in turn, stimulates other cells of the immune system to produce and release other proteins that promote inflammation...."

I don't think there is a way to cut it out of our diets... unless maybe you eat only proteins derived from plants and animals that don't have immune system problems. I don't think this will solve anything though, because our bodies make these particular proteins.

Do fish get arthritis?

Take Care,
James.
