OP smokin63 New_Member S Joined: Nov 2006 Posts: 23	I am sitting here reading through posts , Looking for the soulution as I have felt the flare building . I have taken Celebrex , had a injection of Humeria this morning taken a Tramadol (some kind of painkiller) and a couple of Acetaminophen . I can already tell it going to take a sleeping pill to get any sleep ,then its only good for about 5 hrs and the pain will wake me. I have been on the NSD for a while and it has helped more than anything . I need to figure out a way to get a handle on this , The pain .........
