If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Hi! I can't give a technical explanation -- but I can relate!! I think it's part of the overall systemic inflammation package for some of us. I was plagued for quite a long time with the very symptoms you're describing, and it didn't seem to be altered by diet, unfortunately -- nor was it helped by acupuncture. The thing that has helped me the most has been developing a habit of keeping my problem ear dry at all times. I wear an ear plug whenever I bathe or swim. After using an ear plug for a little while, my ear cleared up, and I haven't had any problems since -- for well over a year now -- but I continue to wear the ear plug. I think that water/moisture/bacteria exacerbate the inflammation in the ear to which I must be prone.
Best wishes! Paula
