This is really sad. This man was popular all over the world to all sorts of people and age groups.

When my father died, on his last night, he was at some time too tired to speak and to be honest everything was said. So he notified us he just liked to watch the television a bit. We were lucky because there was a pogram about sailing ships and as he was a man of boats and the sea, so we could see he liked it. But the program stopped and it looked like there was really nothing that was suitable for this moment. But there was Steve and a program about komododragons. At first I wanted to switch the tele off, the creatures didn't look like the things you would like to see in your last moments. But my father nodded no and said what only can be translated as "gorgeous animals" and that were his last words before he died peacefully. So yes I'm pretty emotional today and writing this doesn't make it better. I Still feel I owe Steve something for that moment.

My heart is with Steve, Terry and the kids and with my father of course.
