I've read somewhere that endometriosis is an auto-immune disorder, as is AS. Sorry to hear you've been diagnosed with AS too but glad to hear the Rheumy was able to figure out what's going on. It's a tough time when you don't even know what you're dealing with, though there's a lot of reading in here that may be useful as well as a friendly group who can appreaciate what you're going through.
Really glad to read you have the option to access Enbrel; I'm on Remicade (a similar medication) and it's given me my life back.
