I googled Klebsiella and Chinese herbs and found this:

"The Chinese herb Qing Hao (Chinese wormwood - Artemisia annua) is specific against klebsiella, e.coli, staph, strep and a few other nasties. It's a firly safe herb, . . . it could be helpful in keeping the nasties at bay." This was a naturapathic Vet, Carol Bryant, who also recommended Vitamin C and probiotics.
