If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Hello to everyone! I haven't posted on here for a couple of years but I do come to this site periodically to read the message board.
I've had a really rough time the past 5 months or so. From August through December, I was in a lot of pain and stiffness which had me walking sort of bent forward. In November, I had a colonoscopy and was diagnosed with Crohns disease. My Rheumy has put me on Humira since it has been shown to be effective for crohns as well as AS (try to kill 2 birds with one stone so to speak). I've been feeling better lately and started to work out again. When I decided to start doing my back stretching exercises again, I noticed that I could no longer lay flat on my back and put my head back, it just doesn't work. I can lie on my back with my head up or lift my butt off the floor and lie my head back but not both at the same time. Could my neck have fused in a matter of a couple of months? Will it get any better?
I'm curious to know if anyone has experienced anything like this.
Thanks, Steve
