Yep - you do know how frustrating it all is. Your situation is far more severe than mine though so now I feel kind of ridiculous to be whining about me.
Nevertheless, I feel that we should not need to be in dier (sp?) straights for a doctor to listen and treat us with respect.
I think you are right. I am better off for now with my GP. I wanted to see specialists because I wasn't keen on her knowledge of AS or some other things. In the meantime though, I have now built up a good relationship with her and at least she LISTENS to me and treats me with respect and caring - that means a lot to me.
