I was tested two weeks ago for low D. My level was 10, the Doc likes it to be at least 35. He also put me on 50,000 IU once a week for 8 weeks, and then we'll check and see where it stands. It is exciting to think that something so simple could make a big difference.

BTW I also live in the NW. They say our incidence of MS is one of the highest in the nation. If it is D related that would be an awesome breakthrough.
