You didn't sound forceful at all!! and that comment about others not being able to make up my mind for me was a reference to my own complete inablility to come down either way on this issue, not in any way a reference to your post.
This has been going round and round in my head for the past couple of years, and I am really grateful to hear people's opinions on it, whether for or against, and have absolutely no problem with strong opinions!! My first ever post to the site was about another med I was on, not in any way related to AS, but that had caused a massive flare, and one of the posters on here got back and very forcefully suggested that I stop taking the medication... and I was extremely grateful that he did because without someone talking a bit of sense into me, I probably would have stuck with the meds for another while doing a lot of damage to my joints etc in the process.
The 'to take or not to take anti-TNF meds' issue is a bit less black and white, but, seriously, I wouldn't post on this site if I didn't want people's opinions and am extremely grateful for the advice given, and the fact that you and others have taken the time to respond to my queries and fears.
So no need for forgiveness at all! Just thanks a million for the input, and I'm very glad to hear that you are doing well without the stuff.
