Hi all,
I used to lurk here about 2 years ago, I was suffering with reiters syndrom / reactive arthritis, with a touch of AS to boot.
I ended up taking 6 week cycles of antibiotics (abx) such as Cipro and Biaxin which has cured the RA/RS/AS. I had to do about 5 rotations.
I did have my complications along the way and a lot of damage was done to my colon because of a campylobactor infection that went undx for many months following a course of cipro. (typical side effect of some abx I since learn).
Since this time I am still haveing problems with my colon, but am also making progress as to the nature of this problem.
I just wanted to check in and let others know of a few things that might be of use.
The diet I follow now is a cross between

and

I am now also having some good success with the allopathic antifunglas such as Diflucan, lamisil, Sporanox, Amph B, Nystatin.
Hope this helps someone
All the best
Steve
