Wow, that SAPHO link was difficult reading. Just when I thought I had gotten use to some of this medical terminology... along comes this overwhelming mass of stuff to confuse me ... my brain hurts.
Though I did notice it seems full of symptoms I've heard you pondering about in the past. It must feel like a very positive direction towards focusing in on the proper dx.
I wish it sounded more optimistic on effective treatment plans. I suppose that 'treating the symptoms' has a familiar ring to it at least.
I'll hope that any kidney issues will vanish when seen by the... Nephrologist!
