I think you're going to have to "butter her up" as the saying goes. This will take a little work though...do some chores without being told and throw in a few extra ones. Do your homework early. Bring her some presents like her favorite candy or maybe some flowers. Then when you ask for extra computer time she'll feel like she can't refuse
