If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Hi All,
Must share my dietary journey over the past week. It's been a busy one with 3 of our 4 kids and friends here for the entire week. I had been pretty strict with the NSD and no dairy excepting hard cheese and have been taking rutin 500mg 4x/day for the past month in addition to other supplements I have taken for several years. Well, I forsook the NSD and low dairy secondary to too much wine and celebration. I am amazed that there has been no flare. Indeed I feel so well that I am continuing with a regular diet. I have, however, discontinued the wine (not as much fun without the group!) and the only other possible confounder in this experiment of mine is that bing cherries are in season and I wonder if:
#1 These bing cherries that are supposedly high in quercetin may be lending additional antiinflammatory activity
#2 Something in the wine contributed to my improvement with the relaxation and laughter it induced
#3 The antiinflammatory activity of the rutin is covering my indiscretions OR
#4 My gut has healed over the past 4 months and, like DakotaDan, I am now able to tolerate starches?!?!
OR maybe I'm about due for a major flare!?!? I'll keep you all posted!
