For years Ive tried natural methods/diet etc. to no avail.
The biologics are god send and they work.
I really dont get side effects from them. They allow me to live my life without fusing my spine.
I'd be very careful with AS if your a young person. The "side effects' of the disease are horrible. They will limit your life and possibly cause death early.
I'm not interested in "proof" from alternative methods. If they work for you GREAT!! But if you have a serious case of AS like me and have a risk of fusion biologics come highly recommended from me.
