So a quick update: psoriasis is all gone and doesn't come back easy. I've done a lot of research and diet experimenting lately - eggs set it off mostly. Red meat strips my stomach lining, even in small amounts, so that's out. Chicken stops my digestive system (although I'm sure it'd be fine in small amounts).

Basically a paleo vegan with fish now, but feeling a lot better for it. I don't think Humira is as effective as enbrel for me, but it's better than nothing. The injections are horrendous though. It doesn't seem to give me psoriasis so that's a plus.

Been having a lot of very lactic soy yogurt I make myself, mixed with a sachet of VSL3 and a couple desert spoons of nordic naturals fish oil every day. That and tumeric seem to be doing the trick. I just need to stretch and exercise more it seems, but getting the energy to do so is difficult.

So another problem down! Onto the next. Enjoying Wellington smile
