If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

This morning I went out walking. I had walked about 1.5 miles when I saw a guy that I used to run with. He walked with me for about a 1/2 mile. He then said you feel like you could run the last mile. I said I am afraid to run, but I will give it a go. I then ran the last mile with him. I made him promise that if I fell while running he would roll me off the road:).

While in Steamboat Springs, CO I walked about 10 miles all total. Lots of smoke!

Good job everyone! Sue it's awesome to think of you wandering around in that beautiful area with all of that gorgeous wildlife. It's so hot and here all summer... Beautiful but not very walking friendly. Steve I'm so glad you didn't have to be rolled off the road! It's such a bummer to have to give up our favorite sport, and I'm so glad you're still out on the road walking and seeing your running friend. It impresses me up that you "only" ran a mile, because I couldn't do that! Lon I was just in Steamboat last month! Did you like it there? I love those alpine meadows up there. For me, swimming e/o day, painting the deck railings, mowing the lawn, vacuuming, body flow class on Saturdays - that feels so good! Goooo TEAM!

3 days in a row, walking good way to start the new school year. today walked ~1.5 miles in ~45 minutes. Erica, summers can be hot here too...i almost always walk at dusk, once the sun has set and its cooler.

3 hours winching a bass boat out of the back yard. Lin planted two flower beds and our strawberries were in the way, so I could not drive back there. I got it done, lifted it on the trailer and an cleaning it for sale!
I have sever sinus infection again in my left sinus. That is the one that is nearly bone now because of injury. It makes bending over a real treat!

Walking 30 minutes everyday with Lin and Lola May
Because of the fires, we were seeing beautiful sunrises and sunsets.
And a full moon that is blood red! And it is huge!

Hi everyone, Tried to wean off of clonezepam, because the verapamil controls the HMS (I THOUGHT) and ended up with a wicked 4 DAY HM which turned into a nasty depressive episode. No appetite, digestion slow, difficulty swallowing, nervous exhaustion, ugly thoughts... Ugh I hate depression. Anyway, back on cymbalta. Feeling a bit better every day. The MD days since this is the 3rd depressive episode I've had in my life, I might have to get used to the idea of lifelong meds. As if I don't have 3 other ones. I'm still exercising as much as I can. I managed a body flow class on Saturday, 24 minutes in the pool on Sunday, and walked 1 mile yesterday. Going to either swim or mow the lawn tonight. I know from years of experience that exercise chases that ugly black dog away. Hope you're all OK. Hey if anyone ever wants to talk, PM me your phone. Go TEAM!
