Good job Steve! cheerleader

My sister is visiting from WA, and we've been walking, biking, or swimming each day.

It's so fun to have a work out buddy!

Go TEAM! clap

Walked 1.1 mile on treadmill, cleaned up my yard 2+hrs. I'm sore all over. We had snow flurries all day that's unusual for late April in PA. Mike

Hi all,

We have had some lovely weather this week so I have been catching up in the garden. Its been several years since I have had the time or inclination to do anything in the garden and boy did I notice! A lot slower.

I have pulled something in my elbow stupidly carrying an 8 pack of small water bottles in one hand while helping out with school refreshments. It is my trowel arm and I am having to use my other arm and be careful about yanking weeds out as I have pulled stuff down my side too! Garden is looking better but empty!!! We have been going to the local garden centre haunting the reduced section to start filling the spaces. The plants are reduced only because they are past their flowering season). I am waiting on the hellebores (Xmas roses) to be reduced as I love their flowers and thought mine had been eaten by sheep but I have spotted it growing back finally smile

Yes re-fencing the garden is a must on the agenda, we have very determined sheep who don't discriminate what they eat in fact I should probably also report on the time spent walking up and down the garden herding them out!!

Walked up the hill twice too.

xx

Saturday I got up early. Ran 4 miles then drove to Salt Lake for the MS walk. Went another 3 miles on the MS Walk. Instead of walking I ran almost the whole way.

The last time I swam for 25 minutes I had a back problem after ward. This is ridiculous. I quit swimming while I felt good, I then walk 35 minutes in the current. But now it is misery.

Go Team!!!!

Sunday: 1000 metres in the pool
MONDAY: 1000 metres in the pool
Wednesday: Cycling around. Too many people stopped me for a chat for it to be good exercise (but at least I tried).

Confession: I started smoking at Christmas (Yes I know, I should give things up at this time.....)

Fingers crossed that I am back in action. I think I am but must keep gritting my teeth and get on with it. Giving up smoking next time will be the last, this habit gives me no satisfaction what so ever.

Go team Go!!!!!
