If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

OH MY GOSH !!!! OH MY GOSH !!!! I have to try the paleo bread for sure!! Thanks for sharing with us.
Diet change has improved my RA. I feel best eating raw veggies and some fruits and avoiding grains, sugars, nightshades, beans and dairy. Sed rate dropped from 65 to 19, but it took over a year. www.fatsickandnearlydead.com excess fat/oils = pain for me recipes for raw food on Youtube "raw food romance" and "healing josephine" Josephine is in remission from RA after two years by change diet/exercise

OK but be cautious with the Psyllium. I couldn't remember if I reacted so I searched for past posts and looks like it was ok for me (I was using it to thicken almond meal porridge at the time). I suspect that it might have given me some mild eczema though and that may be why I stopped?? Ingredients: Purified Water, Blanched Almond Flour, Organic Coconut Flour, Egg Whites, Psyllium, Organic Apple Cider Vinegar, Baking Soda. So might be best to wait until you are pain free as it would definitely be worth experimenting with. Here are some past threads on psyllium https://www.kickas.org/ubbthreads/ubbthreads.php?ubb=showflat&Number=446807https://www.kickas.org/ubbthreads/ubbthreads.php?ubb=showflat&Number=484780

Unfortunately I reacted to this bread so I must be sensitive to psyllium because it is the only ingredient in the bread I'd never had. Others seem to do ok so it may be worth a try. I had increased stiffness, hand and back pain. There is also a coconut flour wrap on the site that does not have any psyllium, I want to try that one:)
I find homemade much better tasting but the texture is so much like real bread and you can't beat the convenience. I got it at whole foods in the frozen breads. I tried both coconut and almond and found the coconut much better - toasted, slathered in grassfed butter and preserves:) I think it's best to eat almond flour breads as fresh as possible because it goes rancid quick. I tend to stay away from almond flour except in small quantities here and there as it is anti nutrient and high in inflammatory Omega 6.

I suppose no one knows how to make anything close to this bread? i made coconut bread using recipes online but they are more like pancake.
Diagnosed at July 2012 after 8 months of pain. HLA-B27 negative. NSAIDS don't really work. I can't use Anti-TNF because i had tuberculosis years ago. Wish you all best health, M. Sami Kuzey

I reacted poorly too, but they make a wrap that is just made from coconut. Seems more tolerable On a semi related note, is hemp protein powder ok for nsd? This jarrow brand looks good http://m.iherb.com/Jarrow-Formulas-Hemp-Protein-Powder-Unflavored-16-oz-454-g/15275Reason I ask is bc it can be used in baking, as well as smoothies, sauces, etc. U can make muffins and pancakes with hemp pro, egg etc
