Can i do weight lifting while suffering with AS.Or it is not good for me ?

There is nothing wrong with weight training with AS, however you have to be more careful. Use appropriate weights, maintain good form and allow your body slightly more rest than normal, however the rest can take form of stretching and cardio. It is also important to have a balanced workout schedule so you are not overtraining one muscle group and undertraining the antagonist group.

I basically just changed from doing whatever weights I wanted to decreasing the weights and increasing the repetitions and ensuring my form is correct.

Joint pain- usually keeps me from lifting very much weight- but reps can do the same thing.

Doing what we can when we can seems to be our goal. Yet, I would do nothing without causing some pain.

Occasionally it is only 30 hours late that I realize I may have hurt myself when lifting...

Go team go- 1 hour a day, brisk walking.

tulip Festival today-- thousands of people form all over the world here to see such spectacular colors and shapes. 2 1/2 hours.
