Hi guys.
Monday, nothing.
Tuesday: Bike for 45 mins 20km
Wednesday: Jogging 45 mins 5km
Thursday: Swimming 1550 metres 40 mins

We all do what we can and together we make a team. A great team is greater than the sum of its parts. In my opinion we are a great team.

We all must keep going to enjoy life as well as we can.

Wow, Did you all think we'd make it to this many views? I've been absent for a LONG spell this time as I've been caring for my mother-in-law at her house. Thankfully she's living with us now, so the constant travel is over. I've been swimming every other day and getting in some walking, rearranging, cooking, and cleaning. Love and encouragement to all of you!

Saturday I ran 3.1 miles up American Fork canyon, then turned around and ran 3.1 miles down the canyon. Then walked 2 miles with my wife.

Saturday night went to a party where they were teaching line dancing. I could not control my legs very well. I guess the MS is working it's evil on me.

This morning I ran 2.95 miles.

I am in awe of all of you and your exercising. My trip back to the surgeon revealed that I am doing too much too early even at just 1/2 mile. I am thinking I just won't post until I get further along with this recuperation. I end up pushing myself too much.

I appreciate all of you.

Possi,

that's why I stopped going to yoga class; they didn't push me, but I'd get there and push myself. or swimming: I knew the breast stroke kick was the thing probably bothering my SI joint, but I'd get to the pool, start feeling good, and overdo it.

Don't feel the need to do more than you can / should. Be kind to yourself smile
