If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

I forgot to bring my running clothes to work yesterday. It was either go streaking, or run after work. I choose the later. run: 4.18 miles in 39:54 minutes.

I've gained so much weight that I can't fit into my wet suit ! ugg , I'm proud of everyone for keeping active, now to instill that in myself when I don't want to move or in my head can't.

Todays run ended badly. Fell at 1.24 miles dislocated my shoulder. walked back to the gym. Total distance 2.41 miles in 34 minutes. First mile was fast. Last really slow. MRI tomorrow, and no more running for awhile. Might have been the MS. I fell on the bridge going over the Provo river. Showering and changing back to street clothes was painfull.

Hey, Steve! Seriously?! You walked back to the gym after dislocating your shoulder? Have you ever thought of taking a cab? Uff ~~~ I'm glad you're not hurt worse! (Yes, I am a bit of a worry wort) Check this out! My son just told me about NIKE Fuel Bands. Anyone have one of these here? Yesterday I swam for 40 minutes. About 30 laps maybe? Go TEAM!

I spent 32 minutes on the elliptical on Saturday, one arm in a sling. I meet with the orthopedic doctor today, I have a broken bone in my shoulder joint, but he can't decide what to do with it until he has a CT scan. The insurance company has to pre-approve it. I go back tomorrow for a CT scan, and to talk with the doctor again.
