I generally go for Pinot Grigio or Sauvignon Blanc. I don't drink Chardonnay that often so I'm not sure the type of grape makes any difference to the inflammation, in my case anyway!
(2 weeks into my 'wagon ride' of winelessness, I have lost no weight and inflammation is high! No fun all around!)

I also keep coming across this quote online, referring to Dr Ebringer talking to an AS patient:
"The professor recommended that he eat as much steak and as many tomatoes as he wanted, and drink a bottle of red wine daily."
Never seen this advice repeated anywhere else... anyone know why Ebringer added the wine to his recco?
