I've been walking, but too busy to keep track of how far or how long or to report it. But every time I walk, I think of all of you so thank you! and happy Valentine's Day!

Spondyloarthropathy, HLAB27 negative Humira (still methylprednisone for flares, just not as often. Aleve if needed, rarely.) Congratulations Erica! Thursday I ran 3 miles, don't know how long it took. Today I ran 7.55 miles in 1 hour 18 minutes. We still have snow on the ground, but it is getting warmer. I wish I was skiing today.:(

Today I worked for 2 hours at the ReStore volunteering. My husband volunteers there every Saturday morning, so I decided to go with. It was SO fun, but my feet are TIRED! Have fun this weekend! Go TEAM!

walked 1 mile, 20 min, light flurries while walking, it was nice.

Hey Team! My hubby (he is supporting me by doing the diet with me) and I are 72 hours into my blood sugar/cholesterol control diet and exercise regimen. My doctor has given me 6 weeks to get it under control OR ELSE! It's not as bad as I thought it was going to be! ANYWAY.... I'm upping my exercise to an hour a day. So, this evening I swam 1,250 yds, and ran in the shallow end for 150 yds. That took me 51 minutes. Go TEAM!

Good luck on the diet and exercise!
It does go a long way, but if its not enough, the statins can be great little helpers. The mild one I'm on has helped both my cholesterol and liver. both numbers came down quite a bit last time.
Yesterday, not sure how much or how long I walked, but I did a lot of it.....

... that this diabetic low cholesterol diet could be responsible for my total lack of fog brain this week??? Whatever it is, I'm enjoying it while it lasts! Today I walked 1/3 mile y sister and swam 1300 yds in 45 minutes. Go TEAM!

Yesterday I ran 3.01 miles in 30:24 minutes. I have a new GPS watch the Garmin Forrunner 10.

Hi Team! I started using SparkPeople to log my carbs, cholesterol, and blood sugars. It makes the process SO much easier. But it turns out you can track exercise as well. Today I walked 1 mile and swam 1,250 yds in 45 minutes. Go TEAM!

I missed my run Thursday, busy at work. Today I ran 7.05 miles in 1 hour and 13 minutes.
