If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

today, walked 1 mile, ~25 minutes.
45 degrees, light misty rain. but a nice day to walk; wore my islandic wool sweater, muck boots, silk long johns and silk turtleneck, etc. and was comfortable.
though end of last week it was 80 degrees and I did not walk.
go figure.

Good job everyone!!! Thanks all! I've been grousing around for days about my stupid allergies and food issues. But seeing you all here makes me smile, so thanks! Today I swam 750 yds, and yesterday 1,000 yds. Go TEAM!

I went for a fast walk today, in a snowstorm. The walk took me 40 minutes but it was a hard walk, jumping through snowbanks, drifts and dogging deep spots!
I also did my regular stretches for my calves and ankles. Finally got back into routine!

In all of these years, I have never checked this forum out. May I join you all? This would be great to keep me encouraged. I have been a walker for a lot of years and a summer of severe Lupus had me in the house and off my feet. I am started back but have only been walking about 20 min. I am exhausted afterwards but I will keep at it until it is easy and then I will increase it. I have enjoyed reading your posts. Possi

Thanks all! I've been grousing around for days about my stupid allergies and food issues.
Did I tell you that I'm allergic to the adhesive on bandaids! after 24 hours, nice big gaping wound on my upper arm. Doctor's office obviously doesn't use bandaid brand. Yes, my skin gets irritated and a bit red, but no big open gaping oozing hole. Healed it up with antibiotic ointment and leaving it open to the air. Walked tonight, inside, through all the floors of the building, which means I did stairs, one floor at a time. Walked ~20 minutes, no idea the distance.
