I cycled around the place for about an hour more or less today. I wasn´t really paying attention to anything apart from getting out, enjoying the air and enjoying the scenery.

Today I swam 1,000 yds in 34 minutes. It's the first time since that last flare that I've been able to swim my whole workout. Sooooo tired, but in a good way.

Go TEAM! clap

no official walk since classes started, but walking a quarter mile to and from the car each day, walking between buildings for meetings, walking a colleague back to her building while we talked; any excuse really to be outside enjoying the awesome weather we've been having! cool2

Ran 7.34 miles in 1 hour 13 minutes. If any one is missing some south wind we have it here.
