Humira (still methylprednisone for flares, just not as often. Aleve if needed, rarely.)
LDN/zanaflex/flector patches over SI/ice

Today I ran a little over 7 miles took about an hour and eight minutes.
Ran up American Fork canyon, it was beautiful. The up hill was tough, and there were many cars in the canyon. It was my first run in the canyon this year.

Totally right there with you, Lath, with all those little habits that you notice after they are gone

We picked up Snowball's remains from the vet the other day, nice little flowery box

Every night for the last eight years, before I go to sleep, I've always stopped to given each of our four dogs a liver treat.

A few nights ago, after I gave each of the three we still have their treats, I saw in my hand that I still had one left, I had forgotten

I still sometimes grab Snowball's leash by mistake when getting the other dogs ready for a walk

Still adjusting!

Thanks Dow. I'm glad I'm not alone in feeling this way. I'm sorry about your Snowball too. I guess we are just lucky to have pets that fill such a large part of our life. As you say...it's an adjustment now.

Today it was 74 degrees and sunny ALL DAY! cheerleader Why am I cheering? Because I live in the Pacific NW, and this is just not something we expect on September 27th. cheerleader

swimming ~ 1,050 yds / 40 minutes
walking ~ 1 mile / 30 minutes
