Hi Louise, Sue and others,
Any advice on specific electrodes? I have reusable ones, but with all my trial and error of placement on two legs, the sticky wears off very quickly. They get expensive at $20 for a package of 4, when I can go through them in a couple of days (and yes, I even clean the skin off first). I've also heard there are different sized electrodes - is there any benefit to a larger size?

I bought one and it seems to be ok. It has all the variables and timer on it but i find that its more of a pain to use then the relief it gives. Most of my pain is in my back so its much easier for me to just sit on the vibrating chair seat cover then to reach around with the sticky pads. i have read that two long of usage can result in nerve damage. I suppose for specific areas on the body it is useful. Havn`t found anything so far that can give more then just temporary relief at best.

I had a spinal cord stimulator implanted a little over 2 years ago. It gives a similar feeling that a TENS does minus the patches and leads. I can adjust it to different areas along my spine to hit the areas that are giving me grief that day. It hasn't eliminated my pain but it has made the back pain at least, more tolerable.

Odd thing is that I couldn't use the vibrating chair covers. I had one in my truck and it made my back feel worse and stiffer.
