I had a dicectomy as well as laminectomy. Lots of arthritis so my incision was large. The dicectomy was due to a fall in August. Honestly, I don’t think my insurance would have been as quick to approve me without the injury from the fall. My arthritis was slowly taking away my mobility but the fall kinda sealed the deal. My current hematoma is slowly expanding so sitting, standing are done only for a few minutes at a time. I lay from side to side until the sciatic pain overwhelms me. Sorry to complain.....this has been excruciating. I’m looking forward to the relief I hope surgery will bring. I’m a mom and it’s been very difficult. Anyway....I have my faith so I rely on that most definitely!!
