Steve, I'm not even going to think about you running in the dark. But good job!!! cheerleader

Fergus…. I just re-read your weather comment. I'm soooooooo glad it's getting colder here. The heat hates my guts!

Me - yesterday I rode my bike and swam, then facilitated my regular Alternatives to suicide class.

This morning I need to ride 3 miles (there and back) over to my MD to get a form filled out so I can continue to facilitate without getting a flu shot.

Go TEAM! clap

7 miles on Saturday, and 3 miles this morning. My goal is to run 15 miles per week. Last week I ran 16.5 miles, I am happy about that. As the weather gets colder I am thinking this year I may move to the elliptical more often than I have in the past. Before I would only use the elliptical if it was slippery out side.

Hi Team! grin

Hey, yesterday my hubs and I went to see some wild horses... but alas they eluded us. We did see a mighty fine bighorn sheep and some great trail dogs with their people.

I've been trying out my new/old codeine therapy - in place of oxycodone - and it's lovely not to be dizzy.

Yesterday it was so beautiful out that I walked for an hour before my guy insisted we turn around.

Today I'm paying for it... even my usual swim today didn't work to loosen up the T/ribs section. Still I gotta say it was TOTALLY worth this day of ouchies!

ANYWAY.... while we were walking yesterday we were talking about where to spend our summer/winter this year in order for me to get my cataract surgery.

The Czech Republic has great prices and a good reputation... but then I was thinking that Fergus lives on some cool islands! So, Fergus can you get a price for me for 2 eyes?

We also talked about when we'd be ready to do the mule train with Steve & the wife & Darrell our resident mule train leader. Steve, how about next mid-October?

Okeedokee, even though we didn't see these beauties, my son has seen them and so have many other of my fam/friends.

Enjoy rainbow

Okay, 750 metres in the pool today.

Yes no problem Erika. I´ll get to it and find out how much it is to have 2 cataracts removed from the eyes???????

No worries. It is not my speciality but that shouldn´t stop me.

Over and out
