If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Hopefully they are now tucking into the box of beer I bought them as a thankyou! LOL, yes I bet they really liked that beer! spent the whole day pulling out my christmas decorations and decorating the house. It looks so nice and christmasy now; now all we need is the tree. That sounds like VERY nice exercise! Over the weekend I walked about 2km on soft sand. And swam about the same in open ocean swims and 500m of board paddling. (lifeguard rescue boards) Add to that standing for 6hrs straight on Saturday whilst training my newest lot of Bronze medallion squad (Life savers). Good job! It's nice to "SEE" you here girl! Ok guys, yesterday 1,500 metres in the pool Today 1,200 metres in the pool. It was all good.
Good job! P.S. Here's my new bike I've settled on for sure. Ordering it tomorrow. I know I have to exercise, just need to commit and make time. I hate doing it but feel a New Year resolution coming on. No resolution needed! All movement counts! So I shoveled snow, and then off to the gym. I spent 1 hour and 2 minutes on the elliptical. I should have went skiing. Snow here, too! Usually I hate it, but it's been so DRY this past year. Lin and I walked nearly a mile today.. went grocery shopping
I am in a painful flare, and got the diareha going on agaiun
but I did walk..
Good job walkng Lon , but I think you should go to the MD. Have you discussed the option of a pain patch such as fentanyl? It would be so much better if you weren't having to take so much acetaminophen with the hydrocodone. I swam 750 yds today and cleaned house for 3 hours yesterday. Good job everyone! And thanks for keeping me motivated!!

Erica, that bike only has 2 wheels? I thought trikes normally had more than 2 wheels - or am I missing something?

28 minutes on the elliptical yesterday. I was planning on running outside, but I forgot to bring anything to cover my ears. It was about 20 degrees Fahrenheit, and with the speed I run my ears would get frost bite if I was outside:).

Today I played in the pool with my hubs, 2 nieces, and 5 grands...trying our hardest to get grand #6 to arrive. Niece is VERY overdue and uncomfy. Yesterday I cleaned house for 2.5 hrs. Day before I swam. Did I already count that? It's been in then 0s every morning all week. Brrrr... Go TEAM!!
