If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

we did go to letchworth today and although it was only about 2.5 miles of walking, it was a good climb up (and back down) - felt it in my lower spine going up and in my knees coming down, and hubby was suggesting i not push myself, but anymore, i try to do the things that are a challenge in case i can't do them in the future - and it took about 2.5 hours, lots of stopping to look at the scenery, take photos, etc-fantastic gorge and wonderful waterfalls - will post a few photos later this week -
one crazy thing- a very high train trestle with big signs stating no trespassing- but a number of people ignoring the signs, walking out on the trellis- and while they were out there, a train came by- and watched all the people scatter off the tracks- i'm sure the trains have to watch out for people there all the time and probably slow down and blow their whistle and allow people to scurry off. i may not always follow directions, but the ones set to help me not die, pretty good ones to follow!
now i have work to do to prepare for the week, this weekend was all play and sleep - a lot of sleep- think the mobic must still be circulating- last night feel asleep on the couch around midnight, then picked myself up around 7 am and once my drugs kicked in, to the bed until noon......and i could have slept longer! been wondering if the mobic was making me extra sleepy or if it was taking care of the more minor pains and allowing my body to sleep like a normal person- oh well, off it now- it just wasn't doing enough- next drug ketoprofen!

Spondyloarthropathy, HLAB27 negative Humira (still methylprednisone for flares, just not as often. Aleve if needed, rarely.) LDN/zanaflex/flector patches over SI/ice vits C, D. probiotics. hyaluronic acid. CoQ, Mg, Ca, K. chiro walk, bike no dairy (casein sensitivity), limited eggs, limited yeast (bread)

Great swimming, Cblais - it's nice to have you on the team, hon! My stats over weekend are: Saturday Walking (well more strolling really) 3.5 hoursDistance 5.25 miles (based on 20 min = 0.5 mile) Sunday Walking 1 hour - on beach front - lovely sea air! Hmmmm Distance 3 milesWalking before dinner with kids (slow pace) 25 minutesDistance 0.5 mile (approx. based on 20 min = 0.5 mile) Gym class tonight, haven't been able to go last two weeks, so I am imagining it is going to be HARD! Happy exercising everyone!
KickAS and help others do the same!

Go TEAM! P.S. Thanks re my sis. Her cancer is early stage, it's the lupus I'm mostly worried about. She's had lupus since here early 20's and she's 60 now. But, she's had lots of surgeries, so I'm sure she'll be fine.

No, but thank you for the pictures! Now I'm a little bit excited about the trip! I'll be in Sioux Falls at the hospital with my sis for week, then at her house with another sis, a niece, and FIVE great-nieces & nephews.

Today's ride was a little different...3/4 of the ride was in rain. It was fun. The first 3/4 or the last 3/4? Go TEAM!

Have a great week everyone! I'll be reporting in from sunny South Dakota.
Years ago I lived in South Dakota. Not very long I lived in Rapid City, for a couple of weeks. Then lived in Pine Ridge for a few of weeks.
