If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Sorry, Robin_H:
I wish it were that easy! Not only with this preparation likely cause a flare, but it will not prevent the starches from being a substrate for our nemesis bacterium. In fact it could make matters even worse.
It is fun to experiment and dream...but I would not bet on this horse.
HEALTH, John

On a related note, I don't know if I mentioned this in any other thread, buy my experiment with resistant starch in glutenous rice failed. It did not create intense spikes in pain but it took the "cool" out of me.

Arggg. I literally just found out about glutenous rice today. Was hoping for something filling that didn't cause problems. I'll still give it a shot, but if I even look at regular rice I get all sorts of trouble.

If you live with a number of people you can try making glutenous rice pancakes on one day a week and share the pot with everyone so that you have no leftovers.
I am a bachelor that hates to waste and so I cooked a pot that probably provided more than just breakfast. I was enjoying them in large quantities all by themselves for three or four mornings in a row.
So perhaps a resistant starch can be enjoyed as a BIG TREAT once a week without overdoing it.
So good luck!
May the starch be with you!

Robin - are you going to put five each way on this horse?
HLA B27 +ve. Localised pain in SI joints, lumbar and thoracic spine. No swelling. Eyes OK, peripheral joints OK. NSAID usage from 2005 to 2018, meloxicam.
Least favourite saying: No Pain No Gain.
2005 - Diagnosed after two years of debilitating SI pain, early 20's 2017 - Waitlist for rheumatologist in Ireland=14-months 2018 - Seeking alternatives

I am going to try my suggestion myself by going out for just one bowl of hot and dry noodles as a morning breakfast on Saturday mornings only. The pain and inflammation flare wont have time to build the intensity as it would if I ate three bowls in the morning four days in a row. Cooking starchy meals at home provides too much opportunity to cheat -- I'm addicted to chocolate, coffee and nuts, and starch is just a cheap substitute.
