If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Hi Team! I'm almost back to my normal limp-along-self. Yay! Today I rode my bike 5 miles and swam 750 yds. I didn't mean to ride that far, but I met a colleague 1.5hrs early for a NAMI FaithNet presentation we were scheduled to give to our local Christian ministerial alliance - my timing mistake. Oooops. So, she went to do errands and I went back to the college to swim, then we reconoitered when the meeting started. Hence, the accidental extra 2 mile ride. Oh well, I feel good and it was sunny. Next month we present to the local Interfaith Network. I have already double checked the time for that meeting! Go TEAM!

Run 4.35 miles in 42:48 minutes. Good job! I'm not sure I even ride my bike that fast.

Hoping to go to part time at work, due to confusion and to the black headache every afternoon. So I have to work out before mid afternoon. I am pushing snow, walking and riding the stationary bike. But such a chore, these days. But any exercise makes a difference in how we can deal with pain and issues in this life. On my knees in the garage putting on my 4-wheel blade.
You guys are great.

yesterday, walked 1.25 miles, 25 minutes.
finally feeling like november, windy and coldish (40s).
was planning to walk a bit further, but a neighbor's dog was out, a dog i'm not familiar with, didn't see a chain, don't know if they have an invisible fence, so i just decided to cut the walk short.

dang dogs, I have carried pipe, oak axe handles, spray, even tried to throw my bicycle at the stinking things. My neighbors 5 dogs bark all the time, I think I will get a air horn for a boat and blast thier ears off. BArking wakes my grandbaby, if I come home for a nap, they can't see me but hear my door and bark. sue, I sure hope you find a way...

hi lon, down the road in the other direction is fine. i know all the dogs that way, they are all friendly. yes they bark, but they wag their tales when they bark, they just want to play.
today we had a lovely walk, me and hubby. it was back into the mid 50s and mostly sunny. walked down to the erie canal. its starting to be drained for the winter. i never knew they did that til i lived near it. a nice sun set over the basin / marsh just off the canal. then walked back home through the golf course, quiet, no golfers.
all told, 2 miles, 50 minutes, walking.

The weather report said it would be snowing all day Saturday. I needed to be at my son's swim meet at 10:00. I decided because the weather was bad I would go to the gym and work out on the elliptical. 3.4 mile in 30 minutes on the elliptical. When I came out the weather was not bad. I thought I should have run outside.
