If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

last night, in the dark, hubby and i walked 1 mile, 20 min around the cul-de-sac. no cars and well lit, so its our go to place to walk after dark. don't want to be hit by a car out on the more traveled road! today, walked 1.5 miles, 30 minutes with my friend at work. good to see her again. time flies when you have someone to talk to while walking. so good to be walking again after not being able to for over a week! now pieces of bone fragment are coming out of the crater in my mouth, wondering if that's normal after a week. missed the periodontist's assistant today, will call again tomorrow. at least it hurts less, more annoying pain now than anything else.

Hi Team! I see everyone's exercise posts here, and all I have to say is GOOD JOB!!! I've dangled around in the pool for 1/2 hour yesterday and also 1/2 hour today. If my spondy monster lets go of my lower spine and hips by tomorrow am I'm going to try laps again. Go TEAM!

This is what my niece told me yesterday. She was walking in Central Park near her house, and texted me to tell me she had walked 8 miles. I asked if she had a pedometer, and she said no - My Shoe Talks to my Phone! What?!?! It's true.

Ok guys. First day of the week starts on Thursday this week which isn´t great but had a good workout none the less. 6km jogging in 41.18 minutes and 20km cycling 34.20 minutes. Lets see how the week goes on from here!
I´ll get my picture up soon enough I hope
