last night, in the dark, hubby and i walked 1 mile, 20 min around the cul-de-sac. no cars and well lit, so its our go to place to walk after dark. don't want to be hit by a car out on the more traveled road!

today, walked 1.5 miles, 30 minutes with my friend at work. good to see her again. time flies when you have someone to talk to while walking.

so good to be walking again after not being able to for over a week! smile

now pieces of bone fragment are coming out of the crater in my mouth, wondering if that's normal after a week. missed the periodontist's assistant today, will call again tomorrow. at least it hurts less, more annoying pain now than anything else.

This is what my niece told me yesterday. She was walking in Central Park near her house, and texted me to tell me she had walked 8 miles. I asked if she had a pedometer, and she said no - My Shoe Talks to my Phone!

What?!?! It's true. yes

Ok guys. First day of the week starts on Thursday this week which isn´t great but had a good workout none the less.
6km jogging in 41.18 minutes and 20km cycling 34.20 minutes. Lets see how the week goes on from here!

I´ll get my picture up soon enough I hope
