LOL! Thank you Donette! hrtballon This is the first time I've laughed out loud all week! Not AT you, but because I totally relate. I've been eating 5 servings of fruit and veggies every day and desserts--- for weeks! I've lost 20 lbs and I just don't care. Shhhhh... blush

oh my gosh, these drugs we all take are a dizzying obnoxious brew. I'm sorry yours is making you sick. Maybe we'd better make Moab before we all fall apart! hugss

I'm glad you didn't see any bears, too. But maybe they saw you and thought there's no way we could catch that guy... So they waited for someone else. yes

such a pretty day! ~ 80 degrees. sunny. no humidity! gave the scented geraniums their annual haircut and put them out on the porch for the summer. went for a walk, 30 minutes, 1.5 miles, tons of wild roses along the roadside. then once it was dark, went for a lightning bug walk in the back field, another ~ 1 mile, 30 minutes.

Here, too yesterday... but it was a bit overcast. I love that because I can sit outside without the sunburn feeling. rainbow

i too prefer overcast days if i'm going somewhere like a festival or walking around a city, where i have to be out "in the sun". yesterday, i sat on my back porch out of the sun, while hubby sat in a lawn chair in the sun; he likes that feeling of the sun beating down on him, i'm not a big fan of it, if its too warm. our walk along the road is partially in the sun, partially in the shade. and we waited til after 7 pm with the sun low in the sky.

Phew! - walked 4.2 miles today - took 1 hour and 20 minutes. Limping now but that's the best I've done in more than three years so all this effort is paying off.
