Ran a 10K (6.2 miles) this morning, but I forgot to look at the clock when I came in. It took about an hour. On Monday's it is hard for me to run because I am still recovering from th MS medication.

Today I swam 1,250 yds in 37 minutes. Yesterday I got about 15 minutes of water exercise in the little pool with a small army of small children. We had to get out because they started to bicker.

I did some stretching in the pool yesterday and today, it felt great, I'm getting in first thing in the morning, to help with the stiffness and in the evening before bed, it helps me sleep better at night... smile
