Anyway, one episode of her TV series (yes, she did have one) in particular applies here. A friend of hers had written a song and submitted it to a, erm, "publisher" that said it would publish the song for a small fee. Doris knew this publisher was a crock and to prove it she wrote the worst country song ever and submitted it. If her horrible song were also accepted for publishing, then her friend would have to admit that his song was maybe not as good as he thought. Doris' song?
