Hellooooooo TEAM! roll

I love to log in and see that people are moving around and keeping up the good fight! 1cup

Today I had the most wonderful experience. I was able to sit with 20 brand new citizens in federal court as they were sworn in. WOW what a trippy perspective!

Anyway, I've been swimming 20-30 minutes e/o day. I dunno why I can't make myself go longer. I guess it's just malaise.

Yesterday I walked for 75 minutes with a friend and boy to my toesies hurt today! Totally worth it though.

Here's the latest from EIM.

Gooooooo TEAM! clap

I was in Orlando last week. A lot of walking around Universal Studios. The only problem was I drank to much of the frozen butter beer.

I will be shoveling snow for hours today.
I have to move slow, but I will get it done.

I had been in the river current at the RED center. I can walk in water easier than I can on the sidewalk...funny, eh?

Keep moving, remind your body that your brain is still in charge!
Orch- you are the man!
Thanks for the good example! Love ya man!

OK, finally walking daily like I really need to be doing. Feel so much better when I do.

Last week or so, been walking 1.5 miles each day. I like walking with my husband, but when I walk by myself, I feel like I used to when I used to go for a run by myself...its much more meditative.

Ha. Gotchya! I'm not really gonna change anything. LOL

Well...my son and I are actually talking about hiking a 14'er near Durango. Stay tuned!

Good job with the Lazy River wandering, butter beer shenanigans, walking, snow shoveling, elliptical... GO Everyone! roll

I've been walking around town with my sweetie. Love living downtown again after nearly 40 years! Swimming e/o day as usual.

Gooooooo team! clap

Dear Sue- I feel compelled to stick up for he lucky man in your life!!! Does he know that he is draining your meditative reflections? The poor guys is so in love with you that he probably talks all the time????
Rather than talk, maybe he could hum some meditative tune from one of the well know musicians?????
I remember hearing Linda say some of the same things.... As a man I just say...he can no t help it..
Can you pretend that you are alone? Or he could walk way behind you?

I am eager for your response.....
