Today I swam 800 yds and played in the pool w/ my grandboys for a total of 1 HR.

On July 4th I played w/ g'boys for 1.5 HR.

On July 3rd I swam 600 yds and played w/ g'boys for 2 hrs total.

Nice weekend smile

Walked a shorter distance tonight because I was worried about another low blood sugar attack. Took some cherries with me to munch on in the hope that would fix the problem. Walked 2.25 miles in 35 minutes.

Yes - I took some cherries with me this evening just in case and it helped.

This morning I got up at 5 am (to early) started running about 5:20 am (still to early) ran 13.1 miles in 2 hours 20 minutes (to slow, but what I could do). Saturday I am running in the American Fork Steel days 5k race.

i WALKED 50 MINUTES WITH LIN, UP AND DOWN IN MY HOOD. I WILL CHECK THE MILES LATER.
FELT OK. LOTS OF PAIN IN OTHER JOINTS BUT i COULD WALK.

IN TWO WEEKS I WILL BE PLAYING WITH THE GRAND KIDS IN SEATTLE AREA.

i DID BABYSIT MY NEWEST GRANDCHILD FOR 6 HOURS BY MYSELF, 3 MONTHS OLD. WOW I LOVE THIS LITTLE PUMPKIN!
