Took down Christmas decor and did some of the post Christmas organizing. My feet hurt too much lately to even put tennis shoes on, much less walk. I'm wondering if I should invest in a stationary bicycle?

Instead of going for a walk, cleaned up my indoor plants; that took several hours, longer than I thought it would. We had the local wood shop make us some new plant stands (more indoor plants now than before). They summer outside, then come in. Had them all laid out on the floor waiting for the stands; now they are on the stands and look much better. I gave them each a haircut that they were badly in need of!

Then we went to the grocery store, so some walking around there.

Nothing too aerobic, but up and about for many hours yesterday.

Its very much a winter wonderland here! snowflake1

50 laps and I met my goal for the end of the year by doing TEN pullups!

(I had to cheat a little and do them underhand, I was trying to do overhand ones, which are MUCH harder, but still I managed to do nine of those too...)

It's all downhill from here, lol

Today, walked 1 mile, 20 minutes

Very cold today: 22 degrees F

But sunny and no wind, so it was nice, just needed to be bundled up, which we were.
